Listen to This Episode

About 5 years ago, we were scrambling to find a way to pay the bills.  We were borrowing money, opening new credit cards, doing whatever we could to make ends meet.

Less than two years later, we made our first 7-figure income year.

What happened in between?  A lot of hard work… and many ups and downs, changes, and times where we had to refocus and “move with the cheese,” as the saying goes.   :)

Was it easy?  No… in fact, sometimes it almost felt like we had failed, because the things we were trying weren’t working.

But always, always, always keep moving forward.  When it gets hard is when most people give up.  But it’s also when millionaires are made.

Episode 14: Show Notes

A few things we cover in today’s episode!

  • The second half of our story, and how we went from selling satellite dish services in Bakersfield to flipping houses in Orange County…
  • The struggles we faced… and the very stressful point where Tara was 9 months pregnant and we were struggling to make ends meet…
  • How to become an “overnight success” (hint: it takes years of hard work)…
  • Why it’s important to be able to try something, fail, refocus in a new direction, and keep moving forward…
  • The insane transformation in our income from one year to the next…
  • Why we wouldn’t trade the experiences we’ve been through for anything…
  • Never, ever, ever give up!
