Well, I didn’t exactly fire him… he quit. (Sort of.)

Let me explain…

A couple months ago, we decided to bring on a full-time videographer to help us shoot and edit more video content.

We ended up hiring a young guy named Andrew who had just graduated from film school in Florida.  His dream was to make Hollywood movies, and he was excited for the chance to move out to southern California for his first job.

And this guy was talented.  Super talented.  But…

Let’s just say he and I didn’t “click.”

(It was WAY more than that, ha ha.)

The story of what happened could be a movie of its own…

If you’re listening to this, chances are you’re an entrepreneur, a business owner… or you’re on the path to become one.

And that means you’re a leader.

I hear stuff like this all the time…

“Having employees is hard.”

“It’s impossible to find good people.”

“Managing a team isn’t worth it.”

And so on.

Well, I don’t have it all figured out myself (as you can tell)…

…but the lessons I want to share with you today could mean the difference between success and failure for you in your business.
